By accessing or using CLAP OR SLAP ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Game in any way that is illegal or harmful to others. You are responsible for your own safety while playing, especially when using Vision Slap mode. Ensure you have adequate space and are aware of your surroundings.

3. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases (e.g., Premium Bundle). All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including graphics, sound effects, and code, is the property of CELESTIAL LABS and is protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game, including physical injury or device damage.
